Question by Aaron B: How are Feminism, Politics, and Religion emphasized in "The Poisonwood Bible?"?

I need to do an essay on cultural criticism and the 3 points i have to make are feminism, politics, and religion. How are those topics emphasized in the book and/or where can i read about these topics in the book?

Where are those topics NOT emphasized in "The Poisonwood Bible" by Kingsolver... (man, I hope I have the name right)... yet I recall the book very well, and it is too good a book for you to just skip it and try to get someone else to do work for you. You know better than that!
If you read the book, maybe even make a few notes while you do, I'm sure you can write your own essay.
Luck--
