Question by Morgan's Mommy: What is the best way to cook raw chicken strips?

I bought some raw chicken that is already cut up into strips that I want to bake, no breading or anything. I can never seem to bake chicken so that it is tender and moist so I would love to hear your advice and secrets!!

Why not fry in skillet with pam or olive oil with lemom juice and / or Mrs. Dash ? Sear on high then cover and simmer to cook through.
